Job description
Responsibilities
To support Director of Talent & Culture to oversee and manage the learning and development function, staff engagement & experience, performance assessment and culture development.
Develops and executes Accor Hotel learning strategies, designs and delivers training programs, assesses development needs, and tracks learning effectiveness.
Support to execute Accor Leaning and development strategies and goals.
Collaborate with employees and managers in departmental training to support career development and manage budgets
Handle Training report & Accor learning platforms, to provide support to the overall function of Learning & Development.
Creates and implements an integration and training strategy that brings efficiency to talent performance.
Assist and support in internship training and development.
Assist and support in staff engagement activities and Accor culture development.
Support Director of Talent & Culture in hotel Sustainability initiatives and related culture and knowledge training and development.
Qualifications
Open-mind, proactive, positive, energetic, passionate, excellent communication, presentation and adoptable changing working environment
Degree / Diploma holder in Human Resources or Hospitality Management / Training and Development or equivalent
Excellent in written and oral English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Good computer skills, administrative skills and management abilities
Minimum 2 years in Learning & Development in hospitality industry or other related experience are preferably
More experience will be consider as Learning & Development Manager
