THE JOB :
- Perform general administrative and accounting tasks, oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning, including procurement, office and equipment maintenance, payment requisition, filing, etc
- Supervise a clerical staff
- Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Conduct regular performance monitoring and prepare various expense reports
- Keep track of all payments and expenditures
- Handle and prepare accounting documents
- Various H.R. functions & Payroll handling
- Procurement and negotiations liaise with suppliers
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time
REQUIREMENTS :
Higher Dip or above in Business Admin or Accounting3 years related experienceStrong sense of responsibility, able to work independently with team, self-motivated and abilities to handle multi-tasksGood team player, be a bright, flexible and patient professionalExcellent communication skills with bilingual language capabilityStrong problem-solving capabilities with can-do attitudeMature and independent with strong organizational skills and attention to detailAble to work independently and under pressure, with tight deadlinesGood command of computer software with knowledge in accounting software, MYOB preferablyLess experience will be considered as Asst.
