Job description
Responsibilities
Lead the team to design and implement talent acquisition plans, manage and implement end-to-end recruitment processes, including but not limited to campus and experienced hires recruitment
Provide consultation to hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring process, including hiring strategies, recruitment cycle timing, coaching and guidance on best practices and sourcing trends
Manage and work with recruitment agencies for specialist and secondment placements
Develop and utilize different channels / platforms for employer branding and talent sourcing
Provide advice and support on the talent sourcing and onboarding exercises of Southeast Asian entities
Manage projects related to recruitment process streamlining, assessment tools review and revamp, workflow digitalization and automation, etc.
Requirements :
Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
At least 10 years' relevant experience, preferably in banking or financial institutions
Familiar with candidate assessments, hiring intelligence and technology application
Sound knowledge of Employment Ordinance and other relevant laws and regulations
