Description

Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform market strategy.
Utilize Python for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
Leverage Google Analytics to track and report on customer behavior and website performance.
Employ Business Intelligence (BI) tools to create dashboards and reports that support strategic decision-making.
Write and execute SQL queries to extract and analyze data from various databases.
Apply Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to analyze customer feedback and sentiment.

Profile

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.

Proficiency in Python, Google Analytics, BI tools, and SQL.

Basic understanding of NLP techniques and their application.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations clearly.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
