Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for C&B functions including monthly payroll processing, final payment calculation, Retirement benefit administration, taxation, attendance & leave administration, employee benefits administration and other C&B related matters;
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS system (e.g. PeopleSoft);
  • Assist in HR system enhancement project;
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements :

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related field;
  • At least 2 years' relevant experience in HR is an advantage ;
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Good organization, interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Hands-on experience in PeopleSoft will be a plus;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications;
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer (C&B);
  • Contract Period : Oct – Jan .
