Job description
Responsibilities :
Responsible for C&B functions including monthly payroll processing, final payment calculation, Retirement benefit administration, taxation, attendance & leave administration, employee benefits administration and other C&B related matters;
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS system (e.g. PeopleSoft);
Assist in HR system enhancement project;
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements :
Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related field;
At least 2 years' relevant experience in HR is an advantage ;
Well versed in Employment Ordinance;
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
Good organization, interpersonal and communication skills;
Hands-on experience in PeopleSoft will be a plus;
Proficiency in MS Office applications;
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer (C&B);
