Responsibility
- Work closely with deal team and functional teams to build up integration plans prior to acquisition close.
- Conduct operational / integration due diligence, synergy development and business plan review.
- Lead Day 1 and Day 100 planning, execution and drive performance improvement in functional areas.
- Be the primary contact from M&A function for communication, questions, issues and risks between target companies, internal functional teams and leadership team.
- Define key integration success metrics and periodically track and present progress on integration status, risks and metric to various stakeholders against integration plan and timeline.
- Identify and mitigate integration risks and issues prior to and post-acquisition.
- Conduct in-depth research on selected topics as assigned by senior management.
