Job description

Job duties :

  • Support FX operations and handle securities lending inquiries.
  • Collaborate with counterparties and custodians to ensure smooth trade settlements.
  • Perform trade entry, reconciliations, confirmations, and reporting.
  • Maintain accuracy and timeliness in daily processes and controls.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks to minimize exposure.
  • Address operational issues and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Respond to client and internal inquiries via email or phone professionally.
  • Monitor and manage client mailboxes, ensuring effective request handling.
  • Follow established policies, procedures, and controls while acting as a risk control agent.
  • Stay updated on industry changes, providing expertise to support client retention and satisfaction.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in FX operations, securities lending, or custody preferred.
  • Strongmunication, multitasking, and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a client service mindset.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Willing to work on Hong Kong bank holidays.
