We are providing a range of home based care services and community support services to the elderly or families in need and persons with disability in the community. We are committed to support families to Care for the elderly in the Community, particularly frail elders and aged couples, to retain their capability to stay home and enjoy ageing in a familiar community.

Enhanced Home & Community Care Service

• Provide home care service (including casework, group work and programs) for the frail elderly and their care-givers in the community.
• Assist in centre management / administrative work, including supervising frontline staff.
• Diploma in Social Work.
• Work Location : Kwun Tong
