Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies tailored to the running specialty market to increase brand visibility and market share.
Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital, social media, retail, and event platforms.
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, including paid media, email marketing, SEM, social media advertising, and content marketing to drive engagement and sales.
Possess strong knowledge of event management, maintain good relationship with distributors.
Liaise with internal departments and third party agencies to carry out promotional campaigns.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports and recommendation to management
Facilitate in-store activation to ensure smooth execution and achieve given KPI

Requirements :
University graduate in Marketing or other related disciplines
3-4 years related working experience; preferably in sports or retail industry
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, SEO / SEM, and marketing analytics.
Passionate about sports, running / trail running is a plus
Good interpersonal and communication skill with pleasant and outgoing personality
Well organized, multi-task and self-motivated with positive attitude
Able to work independently, under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Good command in written & spoken Chinese and English;
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
Immediate available is preferred
