Responsibilities

Explore and create strategic solutions and actionable rmendations for the personal banking business by leveraging emerging AI technologies ( Generative & Agentic AI, Reinforcement Learning, Machine Learning)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
Develop and refine AI models to meet business objectives and regulatory requirements
Identify and evaluate suitable AI vendors for specific use cases, managing escalations to ensure deliverables and timelines are met with excellence.
Proactively identify new business opportunities and targeting strategies powered by AI technology advancements
Highly sensitive to the latest AI trend

Requirements :

Degree or above with major inputer Science, Data Science, Information Systems or related discipline

3+ years' experience relating to analytics, modelling and machine learning / AI / Generative AI, at least 1 years of which at managerial level

Experience in Banking, Financial Services or FinTech industry preferred

Experience and knowledge in embedding techniques, RAG, promptings and LLM fine-tuning, involvement in search engine or rmendation system is a plus

Experience in machine learning model / AI / Generative AI related risk and controlernance is a plus

A mature self-starter with strong drive, motivation,mitted with good business sense and strong understanding of the personal banking market

Excellent interpersonal andmunication skills with excellent written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin would be a definite advantage
