System Assurance Engineer

Our client

in Hong Kong is looking for a systems assurance engineer. Responsibilities - Support the development of system assurance products and risk management tools and the implementation of the relevant products / tools in the Hong Kong Transport Services Business Unit- Conduct HAZOP study, risk assessment and reliability assessment for the operating railway and review system assurance submissions of new or modified assets submitted by project teams of railway extension projects or improvement works- Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, provide system assurance support to frontline operation and maintenance teams and major capital projects, and support ad-hoc safety assessment and system assurance tasks- Provide support for relevant system assurance and risk management training Job Requirements Requirements- Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Industrial / Mechanical Engineering- A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, preferably gained in a railway engineering environment- Knowledge of Safety Management System and hands-on experience in system assurance related work- Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and report writing skills
