Project Executive

Duties :

a)  To assist in planning and coordinating the educational and promotional activities in promoting tobacco control and a smoke-free Hong Kong;

b)  To liaise with different community groups / schools / organizations / professional bodies for project   collaboration and execution;

c)  To maintain and strengthen database of existing and potential working partners;

d)  To provide administrative support in the organization of tobacco control programmes; and

e)  To handle public enquiries.

Entry Requirements :

• Post-secondary or above;
• A minimum of one year’s post-qualification working experience;
• Good interpersonal, communication and computer skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and
• Preference will be given to those who have experience in event management.
