1. 根据行业市场情况制定策略并利用资源，带领团队向前发展；
2. 了解市场、行业的特点以及外生态的发展情况，能够运用数据分析，为当地市场或区域制定对应策略并有价值呈现；
3. 了解公司战略，拟定团队业务目标和执行方案，并基于客户价值，达成业务综合指标；
4. 结合业务场景搭建人员成长平台，有效提升员工适应当下业务场景需求的知识结构；
5. 团队内部有层次明确的人才发展梯队，并制定对应的培养体系，团队持续有人才输出；
6. 根据实际的业务情况做好人员安排，对员工的选用育留有规划和方法，并能实施落地，同时能复制输出。
