About the Role :
Product Education Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging and effective product education programs for distributors, customers, and internal teams. This role ensures that all stakeholders have a deep understanding of Nu Skin’s product portfolio, benefits, and scientific differentiators to drive brand loyalty and sales.
What you'll do :
Develop Product Education Strategies : Create comprehensive training programs, materials, and resources (e.g., videos, webinars, guides) to educate distributors and customers on product features, benefits, and usage.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams : Work closely with Marketing, R&D, and Sales to align product messaging and ensure accuracy in training content.
Create Engaging Content : Produce compelling, easy-to-understand educational materials (presentations, FAQs, training modules) tailored to different audience levels (new vs. experienced users).
Monitor Industry Trends : Stay updated on beauty, wellness, and anti-aging trends to ensure Nu Skin’s education remains cutting-edge and competitive.
Support Launch Campaigns : Assist in developing education plans for new products.
Host Training Sessions : Lead live or virtual training sessions for distributors, supporting media and company events.
What you'll need :
Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Science, Marketing, or related field.
Experience in nutrition, product education, training, or content development (beauty / wellness industry preferred).
Strong written / verbal communication and presentation skills.
Ability to translate complex scientific information into consumer-friendly language.
