About the team :
Team of 12-15, relatively stable team, friendly team, work life balance (not much OT), regional exposure and looking for someone who could handle AP and payment process individually with supports from offshore team.
Job Descriptions :
Monitor payment cycle in the core accounting system as well as to perform bank payment functions via online banking portalsResponsible for monthly staff reimbursement and audit travel and entertainment expenses via T&E system and other expense systemsWork closely with internal parties to handle invoice issues, vendor management as well as to verify invoices and other requests for payment approvalPrepare and support month end closing duties including reconciliations, schedules and breakdownSupport system related tasks, e.g. system upgrade and / or process enhancementPerform ad-hoc tasks assigned by managementJob Requirements :
Degree Holder in Finance & Accounting, Professional Accounting or Business Administration with major in Accounting, or any equivalentMinimum of 3 years of in-house accounting experience, ideally someone who has experience in handling APAC Payment or who has experience in handling high volume of payment dutiesGreat command of written and spoken Chinese and English to communicate with offices around APAC regionsSound knowledge in Accounting systems (ERP) as well as online banking portalsProficient in MS office applications, Excel, Word Process and PowerPointTeam player, proactive, problem solver, mature mindset, well-organised with great interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and able to explain to non-finance people within the organisationIf you believe you have the right skills, attitude and experience please click 'apply now' below and upload your resume.
