Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Promptly respond to user comments, private messages, and inquiries on Xiaohongshu (RedNote) and WeChat.
  • Provide professional and friendly customer service to ensure user issues are effectively resolved.
  • Establish and manage WeChat groups.
  • Maintain positive interactions with users through Xiaohongshu and WeChat groups to enhance engagement and loyalty.
  • Collect user feedback and coordinate with internal teams to improve services.
  • Document common user inquiries and feedback, compile regular reports.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to align customer service with company strategies.
  • Working Hours : 12 : 00 – 20 : 30

Requirements :

  • Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) or above.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or social media operations; familiarity with Xiaohongshu and WeChat is a plus.
  • More experiences or higher qualification will be considered as Officer.
  • Proficient in Xiaohongshu and WeChat platform operations and guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to respond clearly and professionally.
  • Strong writing skills to craft concise and effective responses.
  • Detail-oriented, patient, and customer-focused.
  • Adaptable to handle user complaints and unexpected situations.
  • Strong time management to multitask efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.
  • Proactive, team player, and able to collaborate across departments.
