Job description
Responsibilities
Verify and ensure the accuracy of distributionpensation calculations and payments
Ensure accurate deliverables on distribution payment and clawback
Lead the development of risk control measures
Reviewpensation manual, work procedures and contingency plans
Ensurepliance with internal and external rules and regulations
Oversee the implementation of revampedpensation, and bouses schemes
Prepare and submit monthly accrual & amortization reports to internal customers in Finance
Lead a team of channelpensation
Managing all aspects of system projects, including new agencypensation system setup, enhancements, and support for routinepensation verification and reporting.
Conduct requirement analysis and prepare user requirement documentation.
Design test cases and perform user acceptance testing and regression testing.
Conduct post-implementation checks to verify successful deployment.
Address production issues, oversee error resolution, and suggest workarounds.
Requirement :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Distributionpensation
FLMI qualification
Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
Knowledge of insurancepensation for multi-distribution channels
