Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Distributionpensation FLMI qualification Team player with strong interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills. Proficiency in Excel and data analysis. Knowledge of insurancepensation for multi-distribution channels Goodmand of both English and Chinese.
Responsibilities
- Verify and ensure the accuracy of distributionpensation calculations and payments
- Ensure accurate deliverables on distribution payment and clawback
- Lead the development of risk control measures
- Reviewpensation manual, work procedures and contingency plans
- Ensurepliance with internal and external rules and regulations
- Oversee the implementation of revampedpensation, and bouses schemes
- Prepare and submit monthly accrual & amortization reports to internal customers in Finance
- Lead a team of channelpensation
- Managing all aspects of system projects, including new agencypensation system setup, enhancements, and support for routinepensation verification and reporting.
- Conduct requirement analysis and prepare user requirement documentation.
- Design test cases and perform user acceptance testing and regression testing.
- Conduct post-implementation checks to verify successful deployment.
- Address production issues, oversee error resolution, and suggest workarounds.
