  • Responsible for supporting the L&D strategy which raising the whole group to the provision of top class training.
  • Identify and analyse the training needs of other Business Units with clear path development.
  • Responsible for planning particular L&D programme.
  • Responsible for conducting on-boarding via different platforms.
  • Manage Trainers to ensure effective training.
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders.

skills & experiences required.

  • Degree with minimum of 5 to 8 years solid experience in Learning and Development
  • Highly preferred candidates who have experiences in SAP Success Factors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
