Job descriptionDiploma or above in Electrical / Mechanical or related discipline Relevant licenses are required 8 years relevant experience in similar position Self-motivated and able to work independently Good interpersonal and communication skills
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the operation in the Duty Control Room, BMS, Chillers, Boilers, etc
- Attend to all complaints, utilities records and computation, night shift servicing works and routine inspection
- Provide maintenance to all plants, systems, equipment, facilities, M&E services, ELV systems, water supply system, audio / visual system, etc.
- Provide inspection to all fire protection, life saving systems, vertical transportation systems, etc.
