Data Solution Analyst (Up to 70K)

Key Responsibilities :

Build and maintain APIs and data transfer systems (e.g., RESTful APIs, AWS S3) for smooth data sharing with external systems.

Develop plans for data backup and recovery to keep systems reliable, using tools like Kubernetes.

Apply security measures like encryption and access controls to protect sensitive data.

Improve system performance by fixing bottlenecks for faster data processing.

Ensure data quality through validation and tracking processes.

Work with teams to integrate genomics data (e.g., FASTQ, BAM) and clinical data (e.g., FHIR).

Handle additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

At least 8 years of related working experience.

Knowledge of APIs, data transfer protocols (e.g., SFTP, AWS S3), and data security.

Experience with database design (SQL / NoSQL) and data storage systems.

Familiarity with Kubernetes or similar technologies.
