Our client is one of the leading asset managers in Hong Kong and Asia Pacific, with strongpliance culture in place, provide excellent career prospect. They are currently looking for an experienced, knowledgeable and drivenpliance professional to be part of Regionalpliancepliance Team.

The Role

As a part of the Regional pliance team, you will be reporting to Regional Head ofpliance, handling all roundedpliance duties for their Asia business, responsible for risk basedpliance review, development ofpliance program, guidelines, and procedures. You will be heavily involved in new product launching procedures, providing day-to-daypliance advice to different business lines. You will also be responsible for regularpliance reporting, and be a main point of contact to local and regional regulators.

Your Profile

The successful candidate will be a degree holder in Law or Accounting, with a professional qualification, with at least 5 years of experience working in investment management or asset management, with sound knowledge of SFC & MPFA regulations, you will possess excellent presentation andmunication skills (Fluent Cantonese and English is a MUST) and an ability to deal with all levels of an organization.
