Main customers : global fast food chain, major retailers, international toy brands
We are looking for PROJECT ENGINEERING MANAGER - with details as follows :

THE JOB :

Lead one of the Project Engineering teams

Lead a Project Engineering team of 4-5 Project Managers / Project Engineers

Manage and drive the Team to perform project management for assigned plastic toys projects

Work with customers & Shenzhen factory for project management & engineering issues

Degree holder in Engineering or equivalent

10+ years experience in toys project management or toys engineering

5+ years experiencei in toys projects or toys engineering for global fast food chains, US major retailer clients or international toy brands

Good technical experience in plastic toys

Proficient in English, Chinese, Cantonese and Mandarin

Strong leadership skill to lead and drive a team

60% time work in Shenzhen factory

40% time work in Hong Kong office

5 days work

13 months salary + performance bonus
