Responsible to meet, make introduction and ensure that all arrangement and requirements are gathered with the function host prior to event.
Read and analyse banquet event order plan in order to gather member's requirements, communicate proper set up and also give attention to any special guest needs.
Attend to all the telephone calls and enquires
Assist in preparing the Banquet and Sales correspondence.
Prepare signage and menu items for all banquet events function.
Any ad-hoc projects as required.
Job requirements
Degree holder or Higher Diploma holder in Hospitality Management / Event or MICE Management or relevant disciplines.
Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in event sales. Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Banquet Sales Executive.
Sound knowledge in food & beverage.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Out-going personality, sales-oriented and self-motivated.
Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
