Engineer – Process Improvement & Training

Job description
Main Duties :
To analyze current processes to drive continuous improvement within the Engineering department
To review and monitor the effectiveness of process improvements and make necessary adjustments
To provide training and support to staff on new processes and systems
To perform data analysis to optimize equipment performance in terms of productivity, reliability and cost effectiveness
To maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) database and prepare regular reports to management
To prepare presentations on findings and recommendations to management
To handle ad-hoc projects as directed by the management
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in related disciplines including Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, System Engineering or related disciplines
3 years’ relevant experience in continuous improvement projects is highly preferred
Possess Lean Six Sigma Green Belt above, or equivalent training would be an advantage;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, responsible and detail minded
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer
Fresh graduates are also welcomed.
