The Role

• Provide comprehensive and high-quality hotline services to customers, answering phone inquiries.
• Assist customers in resolving issues and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor and maintain service quality according to service level agreements.
• Provide timely feedback on customer needs and market information, offer improvement suggestions, and continuously enhance customer service quality.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, and carry out other tasks assigned by superiors.
