Hong Kong : trading office
Main market : Europe
We are looking for SHIPPING CLERK - with details as follows :

THE JOB :

F.5 graduate

1+ year shipping document experience in trading / manufacturing / sourcing office / buying offices, or equivalent

Experience in export shipping document to overseas market like Europe or US

Team work in Shipping Team 3 members

Handle general shipping duties, I / E shipping documents, courier shipments, shipment booking, and transportation arrangements, shipment coordination, etc.

Coordinate with China factories for shipment arrangement

Coordinate with logistics service providers for shipment arrangement

Proficient in English email communications

Proficient in Chinese wordprocessing

Team work

Very few OT work required

Friendly work culture
