Plan and execute marketing initiative to drive member acquisition and activation for corporate loyalty programdevelop marketing strategies to improve the customer engagement experienceprepare online and offline materials to engage customer and improve their journey, including different touch points, such as app, websites, edm, social medias, etc.coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to prove loyalty programconduct research and analysis for campaigns effectiveness, digital performance and ROImonitor and control marketing budget and campaign time-linesskills & experiences required.
around 4-6 years experiences in digital marketing, marketing programs planning, marketing campaigns analysis, additional knowledge in loyalty program is a PLUSexcellent project management skills with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teamsgood command in both written and spoken Chinese and Englishproactive in taking responsibilities, goal-oriented and able to multi-task and meet tight deadlinesexperiences in planning marketing campaign to engage mainland tourist will be a PLUSshow more
