Job descriptionDiploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or other related disciplines Familiar with Opera system and MS Office applications Good interpersonal and communications skills Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese With prior hotel experiences would be an advantage
Responsibilities :
- Handle reservations, enquiries and answer emails
- Perform up-selling skills and courtesy over the phone
- Provide accurate hotel information to guest while handling the reservations
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Senior Reservations Manager
- More experience will be consider as higher position
