Job descriptionA bachelors degree in a relevant field is required. Proficiency in both spoken and written Japanese and English. JLPT N1 level is required. A minimum of 3 years of experience in translation and interpretation. Prior experience working with property developers or in the construction sector is an advantage. Knowledge of property development or construction practices is highly desirable. Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Competent in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Annual Leave Discretionary Bonus Medical Insurance Birthday leave Free shuttle bus

Job Description
- Draft and translate documents and materials between Japanese and English
- Provide interpretation and translation support during Zoom meetings with Japanese counterparts.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments, consultants, and other stakeholders involved in the project.
- Manage, organize, and maintain project-related documentation while providing general administrative support.
