The Team

Join a dedicated FX sales technology team based in Hong Kong, responsible for supporting and improving the FX trading sales platform across Asia. This team plays a crucial role in driving revenue while contributing to the company's digital transformation initiatives.

The Role

We are looking for an Agile Full-Stack Developer who will design and implement modern, modular solutions with a strong emphasis on supportability, scalability, and sustainability. The successful candidate will engage closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage release processes, and ensure platform stability.

The Requirements

Functional Experience :

Strong knowledge of financial markets, particularly FX business and associated products.

• Understanding of FX voice and electronic sales workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create detailed documentation.
• Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in English.

Technical Experience :

Advanced proficiency in Java, Kotlin, and Spring Boot for microservice REST APIs.

Product Experience :

Basic knowledge of FX instruments such as Spot, Forward, and Swap.

Qualifications :

Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Competencies :

Self-motivated and autonomous.
