Job Purpose :
Process instructions from handers and issue policy with related documents in a timely and accurate manner in day-to-day operation
Main Responsibilities :
- Handle policy documents for new business, renewal and endorsement with company standard in terms of lead time and accuracy
- Prepare policy documents for dispatch
- Liaise with internal customers on policy administration related issues
- Take part in projects and perform user acceptance test to enhance efficiency and quality of policy service
- Perform ad hoc assignments as assigned by supervisor

Higher Diploma or aboveMinimum 2 years' working experience in insurance industryGood command of written and spoken English and ChineseProficiency in PC skills in MS Word and Excel is a mustGood typing skills in both English and ChineseSelf-motivated and can work under pressureKnowledge in General Insurance is preferable
