About the Company :

As part of their ongoing digital transformation initiatives, they are seeking to enhance their broker digital platform to drive efficiency, engagement, and growth across their broker network.

As the Project Manager, you will drive the end-to-end transformation of the broker digital platform, working closely with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders across the region. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in delivering similar digital transformation initiatives, ideally in the insurance or financial services sector, along with strong Cantonese language skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Leadership :

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the broker digital platform transformation, ensuring alignment with the client's business objectives, timelines, and budget.

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Establish governance frameworks to support effective decision-making and risk management.

Stakeholder Management :

Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including brokers, senior executives, and technology partners.

Delivery Focus :

Drive the delivery of the project, ensuring high-quality outcomes, timely execution, and adherence to budgetary constraints.

Digital Transformation Expertise :

Oversee the design, development, and implementation of the new broker digital platform.

Team Coordination :

Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration between business units, technical teams, and third-party vendors.

Candidate Profile : Experience :

Proven experience managing large-scale digital transformation initiatives, ideally within the insurance or financial services industry.

Language Skills :

Fluency in Cantonese is essential.

Project Management Skills :

In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).

Leadership & Communication :

Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage across all levels.

Technology & Tools :

Familiarity with digital platform development, UX principles, and system integration.
