YOUR CHALLENGE

As an Associate Relationship Manager, you will :

Build and nurture a strong client base through proactive outreach and collaborative teamwork.

Deliver expert investment advice and responsive service, tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences.

Develop and deepen client relationships through strategic cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Ensure exceptional client satisfaction, maintaining accurate records and adhering to regulatory requirements.

Contribute to innovative marketing strategies and participate in forward-thinking initiatives.

Requirements :

3-5 years of relevant experience preferably in Wealth Management, Investment Consulting, supporting role in Private Banking frontline team.

Proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written), additional languages according to specific market requirements

Relevant regulatory licences from HKMA / SFC

Certified Private Wealth Professional (CPWP) certification preferred
