We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Programme Manager (Testing Centre of Excellence) under Wealth & Personal Banking - Transformation & Management team.

Principal responsibilities :

• Build a high-performance testing team aligning the principles of the QA and Test capability in WPB.
• Develop clear governance and procedures within the QA and Test discipline.
• Support the delivery of projects with focus on test environment, test profiles, test design, test execution and test results reporting to ensure business requirements are fit to release for public.
• Manage testing resources across business and IT effectively for value stream and sub-value stream.
• Active participation in discovery and throughout Agile framework to increase speed & efficiency.
• Work closely with wide spectrum of stakeholders and partners including business users, operations, IT teams, risk stewards such as legal and compliance and Group / Regional teams of HSBC to enable effective programme and project governance.
• Anticipate and identify existing or emerging risks / issues, their dependencies, assess the impacts on the programme delivery schedule and benefit realisation. Take action to mitigate the risks and minimize impacts.
• Remove testing related blockers and barriers.
• Lead root cause analysis and post implementation review for any lessons learnt for testing.
• Provide internal consultancy capability to identify opportunities in transformation and processes streamlining to support business growth, enhance customer experience, improve work efficiency and effectiveness.
• Keep abreast on latest technology / best practices in banking industry and deliver changes to current processes with efficiency and cost improvement.
