WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Create new plans and strategies to drive logistics business volume from merchants.

Monitor and achieve the monthly and quarterly logistics KPI, analyze and report to management.

Build and sustain solid business relationships with key accounts and with people at all levels.

Stay on top of latest logistics market trends, and identify potential accounts.

Market data collection, verification, analysis and proactive to gather market intelligence, comprehend of competitor’s activities and ability to identify new business opportunities.

Collect feedback on logistics from accounts, while understanding the reasons and use cases of every feedback.

Gather extensive knowledge of e-commerce and different logistics solutions among various SHOPLINE merchants.

Work and communicate between different functions within the company to develop proposals that speak to key accounts’ wide range of requests, concerns, and objectives.

Manage daily logistics matters to ensure smooth delivery progress and experience to merchants and their consumers.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop new business strategies in logistics.

Work closely with logistics partners and handle operational duties.

Review and implement cooperation plans based on both internal and partner needs.

Evaluate the effectiveness of working relationships with logistics partners, internal parties and merchants, and always look for ways to improve.

Build and maintain a solid business relationship with domestic customers which includes client visits and relationship management.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Minimum 7 years relevant experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, e-commerce, and with 2 years in management level Past experience in customer service, account management, courier service operations, warehouse operations would be an advantage Proficient in both written and spoken in English and Chinese (Mandarin) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Good judgment and interpersonal communication skills Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills Works harmoniously and effectively with others as part of a team WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN US: We work in a fun, collaborative open space where we encourage creativity and ideas flow freely.
