Leverage data analytics to support QA programs and uncover operational risk insights
Perform data profiling, identify outliers and nonpliant cases, and conduct root cause analysis
Design and lead QA programs across customer-facing and frontline operations
Monitor and report Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to ensure process integrity
Collaborate with internal audit, risk, and regulatory teams to managepliance risks
Prepare accurate and timelyernance reports for both local and group stakeholders
Provide risk andpliance guidance on strategic projects
Deliver training to enhance risk awareness and promote service excellence
Requirements :
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Operational Risk, or related field
5+ years of experience in financial services, preferably within the insurance sector, with hands-on expertise in data analytics using SQL, Python, and business intelligence tools
Background in audit or operational risk management preferred
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical andernance mindset
