US medical device brand focus in the cardiology segment
Main product : cardiac ultrasound systems
Main customers : HA, private hospitals, specialist clinics...etcc
We are looking for CLINICAL APPLICATION SPECIALIST - with details as follows :

THE JOB :

Work in Cardiology Team

Report to the Product Manager

Team work to provide clinical application support throughout the entire life cycle of the relationship with both new and existing customers

You will work in partnership with the Product Team to deliver pre-sale presentations and demonstrations on our Cardiac Ultrasound portfolio.

Provide application, technical and clinical assistance to internal and external customers

Work with Product Team to deliver cardiacc ultrasound solutions during customer visits, product demonstrations, seminars, and trade shows.

Train customers in applying optimal usage of the cardiac ultrasound system delivered enabling users to follow clinical procedures and protocols to achieve best practice.

Provide technical and clinical role during sales process by demonstrating full range of Cardiac Ultrasound products including potential uses, product capabilities and benefits to customers.

Develop and deliver product training to customers on equipment use.

Monitor and ensure appropriate customer installations

Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and customer training.

Use market and product knowledge to assist Product team in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies

Coordinate with US pricipal (manufacturer) when required

Stay updated on the latest advancements in cardiac ultrasound technology to offer expert advice.

University degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biological Science, Imaging ........ or equivalent disciplines

Prior work experience or exposure to cardiology is highly prefer

Prior experience in clinical applications of medical devices, especially in cardiology segment, is a big plus

Proficient in English & Cantonese / Mandarin
