About the Role :

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant / Office Manager to join our Hong Kong office. This is a hands-on position combining basic accounting duties and general office administration. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a small, dynamic international team and wants to take responsibility for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle primary accounting documentation (invoices, payments, expense reports, etc.)
• Prepare data and reports for the Chief Accountant
• Support communication with auditors, banks, and suppliers
• Maintain internal records and assist with month-end closing
• Manage office supplies, vendors, and general administrative needs
• Coordinate office logistics and ensure efficient daily operations
