In this position, you will :
- Act as Business Partner role to provide professional HR advice and service to line manager.
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing to salary negotiation and offering.
- Work closely with division managers on ER issues, employee communications, manpower planning, employee career development and performance management.
- Drive innovation in HR programs and streamline internal procedures to achieve business efficiency.
- Compile HR analytical reports on a regular basis for management review.
- Participate in HR projects and programs as assigned.
To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements :
Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business or related disciplinesAt least 5 years’ relevant experience in talent acquisition, preferably from Telecom / ICT industryWell versed of HK employment ordinancesWell organized, self-motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skillsStrong critical thinking skill, with high sense of responsibility and able to work independentlyFluency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and MandarinProficient in MS application, knowledge in using Talent Acquisition Tracking System & IPL is an advantageWhen you work :
