Work duties :
- Process monitoring alarm information
- Answer customer calls, handle inquiries and follow up customer requests
- Accurately record relevant information and handle administrative and clerical work
- Day or overnight shifts and need to work public holidays, basic on duty day is 18 days a month
Requirements :
- Secondary Education Form 5 or above
- More than one year of work experience is preferred
- Basic computer knowledge in Chinese and English, including English typing, Word & Excel. Knowledge of Chinese typing is preferred
- Speak fluent Cantonese, general conversation in English and Mandarin
- Holder of "Security Personnel Permit" and QAS certificate or telephone customer service experience is preferred
- Punctuality, self-discipline and responsibility, hard work, team spirit, learning ability, problem-solving ability, able to complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately
