Job description

  • QAS証書 或有電話客戶服務經驗者優先考慮

    Work duties :

    • Process monitoring alarm information
    • Answer customer calls, handle inquiries and follow up customer requests
    • Accurately record relevant information and handle administrative and clerical work
    • Day or overnight shifts and need to work public holidays, basic on duty day is 18 days a month
    • Requirements :

    • Secondary Education Form 5 or above
    • More than one year of work experience is preferred
    • Basic computer knowledge in Chinese and English, including English typing, Word & Excel. Knowledge of Chinese typing is preferred
    • Speak fluent Cantonese, general conversation in English and Mandarin
    • Holder of "Security Personnel Permit" and QAS certificate or telephone customer service experience is preferred
    • Punctuality, self-discipline and responsibility, hard work, team spirit, learning ability, problem-solving ability, able to complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately
