Job description

Responsibilities

  • Provide advice and review onpliance issues in relation to AML / CTF
  • Liaise with relevant departments to resolve day-to-daypliance issues in relation to AML / CTF and providepliance advices to ensurepliance with relevant regulatory requirements
  • Review, maintain and implement up-to-datepliance policies and manuals on Data Privacy, FATCA and CRS
  • Establishpliance controls and perform KYC / CDD / AML review and monitoring;
  • Providepliance advice and support business activities. Conduct internalpliance training
  • Coordinate with the relevant department to prepare the information / materials requests by the regulators and auditor
  • Participate in and handle ad hoc projects assigned

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 year'spliance or Controls related experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related disciplines;
  • Insurance experience is a must; Long Term Insurance Regulatory experience will be advantageous
  • Goodmand of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Less experienced candidates will be considered as Assistant Manager
