The Company

Our client is a leading insurance company and they are looking for a Project Manager to work under Finance Project Management team.

The Role

Collaborate with stakeholders and business users to understand and consolidate user requirements for finance and business projects
Analyze and evaluate existing processes and workflows to streamline, improve efficiency and strengthen controls
Collaborate with different business and IT teams to define solutions, assist senior-level business stakeholders in making decision
Lead project meetings and prepare meeting materials to keep track the project stages to ensure the action plans meet project timeline
Prepare presentation decks for management or projects stakeholders
Perform UAT testing, design and leverage Alteryx to automate process and improve overall efficiency

Your Profile

Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information system or related discipline

With at least 5 years of relevant experience in pension or financial institution

Strong project management skills, complemented by analytical and time management abilities

Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and able to meet tight deadline

Knowledge of Oracle systems, Alteryx, Power BI, Hyperion, AS400, and draw.io would have an advantage
