Position Summary :

The Senior HR Manager - Hong Kong & Macau is a generalist role and team leader, and job scope covers all the legal entities and business in Hong Kong and Macau. Responsibilities include workforce planning, HC and labor budgeting and controlling, talent selection and acquisition, talent development and succession management, performance management, compensation and benefits, change management and culture activation, and other HR related issues.

Working location : Hong Kong

Job Responsibilities :

  • Well manage the execution of HR annual agenda in all legal entities
  • Act as a change agent, well facilitate the organization changes, culture transformation
  • Continuously facilitate the people managers to take actions in order to enhance the employee engagement
  • Leadership development and succession of key positions are the key focus of this position
  • Facilitate the workforce planning, monitor HC and labor cost trend, make sure the labor investment is effective and efficient
  • The implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes, polies, compliance
  • Ensure the right fit of new hires
  • Provide guidance & coaching to HR team on daily activities and provide in-time feedbacks to support on team members’ development.

Job requirement :

  • At least 10 years solid HR professional experience, and relevant HRBP or HR generalist experiences in a sizable and sizable business organization.
  • Expect to have experience in both wholesale and retail industry.
  • Expect to have team management experience.
  • Mature, independent, flexible, good team player with excellent communication in English / Cantonese / Mandarin.
  • Hands on, able to prioritize and well planning
  • Be able to work independently with high integrity
  • Self-management, self-motivated and result-driven
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially for Excel and PPT.
  • Be flexible for business travel
