Job description

Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact for non-flow business with Hong Kong FI clients, including insurers and asset managers.
  • Leverage expertise in credit, rates, FX, and equity products to deliver tailored solutions and deepen client engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Client Coverage, Capital Markets, Trading, Research, and Structuring to identify opportunities and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Strengthen teamwork and coordination between FI non-flow Sales teams in Hong Kong and Singapore.
  • Partner with RFX, Origination, and Fixed Ie teams to enhance league table rankings and market presence in Hong Kong.
  • Build and maintain a robust network of internal and external relationships to support business growth.
  • Provide regular market and business feedback to the Head of HK FI Solution Sales.
  • Continuously evolve the Bank & Broker Dealers (BBD) coverage model to optimize revenue and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Monitor and enhance per-capita productivity and collaborate with the Head of BBD Sales to align sales incentives with performance metrics.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks within the Credit Sales team, ensuring effectiveernance and control frameworks are in place.

Qualifications & Experience

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of financial mathematics and programming is a plus.
  • Proven track record in FI sales, particularly in non-flow products.
  • Deep knowledge of credit and structured products, with a strong grasp of the insurance and investor client landscape.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and / or Mandarin).
