Act as a primary point of contact for non-flow business with Hong Kong FI clients, including insurers and asset managers.
Leverage expertise in credit, rates, FX, and equity products to deliver tailored solutions and deepen client engagement.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Client Coverage, Capital Markets, Trading, Research, and Structuring to identify opportunities and execute strategic initiatives.
Strengthen teamwork and coordination between FI non-flow Sales teams in Hong Kong and Singapore.
Partner with RFX, Origination, and Fixed Ie teams to enhance league table rankings and market presence in Hong Kong.
Build and maintain a robust network of internal and external relationships to support business growth.
Provide regular market and business feedback to the Head of HK FI Solution Sales.
Continuously evolve the Bank & Broker Dealers (BBD) coverage model to optimize revenue and cross-sell opportunities.
Monitor and enhance per-capita productivity and collaborate with the Head of BBD Sales to align sales incentives with performance metrics.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks within the Credit Sales team, ensuring effectiveernance and control frameworks are in place.
Qualifications & Experience
University degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
Strong understanding of financial mathematics and programming is a plus.
Proven track record in FI sales, particularly in non-flow products.
Deep knowledge of credit and structured products, with a strong grasp of the insurance and investor client landscape.
Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and / or Mandarin).
