Responsibility

Promote the construction and evolution of the big data platform : assist the architecture manager to promote the planning, iteration and optimization of the company's big data platform, promote the upgrading of technical architecture and performance improvement, ensure the stability and scalability of the platform, and support the efficient processing and analysis needs of massive data.
Promote the full entry of data into the lake and data governance : formulate standard processes for data entry into the lake, establish a data asset catalog and quality monitoring system; design and implement a data governance framework (including metadata, data standards, data security, etc.), promote the implementation of cross-departmental data specifications, and continuously improve data availability and security.
Drive the implementation of big data business applications : focus on management decision-making and front-line marketing scenarios, explore business needs, lead the design, development and promotion of data products and applications (such as business analysis, precision marketing, risk warning, etc.), and realize data value realization.
Manage the entire life cycle of big data projects : coordinate the resource coordination, progress control and risk management of data platforms, data governance, and data application projects to ensure high-quality project delivery and achieve business goals.
Assist team leaders in formulating technical routes and team planning, and efficiently execute special tasks delivered by superiors.

Requirements

Core competency requirements (must be proficient in at least one) :

Proficient in big data platform architecture : familiar with distributed computing frameworks such as Hadoop / Spark / Flink, and have experience in large-scale data platform design, tuning and operation and maintenance;

Proficient in full-link data governance : in-depth understanding of data entry process and data quality management methods, with practical experience in data asset inventory, data standard formulation and data security management;

Proficient in data application development : good at converting data capabilities into business solutions, with experience in application implementation such as management cockpit, marketing recommendation, and user portrait.

Bachelor degree or above in computer science, data science, information technology, statistics, artificial intelligence, management science or related fields;

Work experience : 8 years or more of experience in big data products, data governance or data analysis;

Proficient in SQL and Python, proficient in using visualization tools such as FineBI / Power BI; familiar with data warehouse modeling (Kimball / Inmon), ETL development process, and understanding of mainstream data lake architecture (Delta Lake / Hudi / Iceberg);

Experience in large model (LLM) application, able to design AI+Data solutions based on business scenarios (plus points);

Keen business insight, able to quickly locate business pain points and design data-driven solutions;

Excellent document writing ability, able to independently output high-quality product requirement documents (PRD) and technical solutions;

Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination ability, able to effectively promote collaboration among technology, business, and operations teams;

Excellent project management ability, familiar with agile development process, and capable of risk prediction and resource integration;

Good oral and written skills in Chinese and English.
