Job Description

• End-to-End Project Management : Spearhead the management of Building Services (BS) contracts, including Alternation & Addition (A&A) and retrofit works across critical systems like Fire Services, Plumbing & Drainage, MVAC, Lifting Appliances, and Acoustic Treatment.
• Design and Specification : Develop everything from initial concepts to detailed designs, creating comprehensive budgets and technical specifications for all BS-related projects.
• Technical Oversight : Perform thorough tender evaluations and provide expert recommendations. You will also be responsible for checking and approving documents and drawings submitted by contractors.
• Quality & Safety Assurance : Conduct rigorous safety and quality control inspections, oversee testing and commissioning, and actively monitor site progress to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Serve as the primary point of contact between internal departments, contractors, government authorities, and the public, effectively managing all project communications, including environmental, health, and safety issues.
