Responsibilities

Handle warehouse setup and improvement projects for business units
Prepare procurement documents for purchasing of engineering products and services as requested
Assist facilities management to vet technical submission by tenants and contractors

Requirements

Bachelor Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Services or Electrical Engineering

With min. 2 years of solid experience in construction field

Holder of Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate is required

Holder of Registered Electrical Worker A Grade or above will be an advantage

Application should demonstrate applicant’s competence with past working experiences

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office and Chinese word processing

Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
