Legal Consultant - Venture Capital / Private Equity

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate closely with client legal and business teams to deliver commercially tailored support
• Provide hands-on legal support throughout Series B fundraising execution
• Handle legal due diligence and assist with financial due diligence as needed
• Draft first drafts of key transaction documents
