Job descriptionUniversity students working towards a bachelor degree from all disciplines, preferably in Psychology, Marketing, Mathematics and Social Science majors Permanent Hong Kong resident or holder of a valid Hong Kong work visa Strong team player with good interpersonal skills, creative and attention to details Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese 3 months from now. Candidates with good performance may have the chance to extend the internship Minimum 20 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Assist the team throughout the selection and onboarding process arrange aptitude tests, schedule interviews, prepare offer letters and documentations, apply visa for new joiners etc.
- Prepare the logistics and attend online or on-site recruitment events and workshops
- Help with the university relations and employer branding
- Draft and design promotional content for our social media platforms
- Support any ad-hoc HR projects where necessary
