Job description

We've been retained to lead the search for a Senior Mergers and Acquisitions Attorney focused on private equity backed or private M&A deals interested in moving into warranty and indemnity insurance (M&A insurance) broking. The business operates in the premium space (£50m - £10bn) advising heavyweight private equity funds, buyers and sellers on W&I policies for complex and multi-jurisdictional deals.

We are looking to talk to a top-tier Corporate / Private Equity Lawyer with appetite to move into a role which combined his or her technical legal and commercial skill-set within the transactional and M&A environment.
